AIS Authorized Provider Feedback Intelligence
A new feedback system within the Provider Portal allows providers to submit usability reports, feature requests, and improvement ideas directly to the AIS™ Product Team. Feedback is now analyzed by PTAs trained on sentiment and priority mapping for faster decision cycles.

Public PTA Self-Awareness Upgrade
A major enhancement to the PTA's Self-Awareness capability — now making each PTA an even more aligned, disciplined, and context-aware digital teammate.
